Shipping Information

All pieces are made to order, and will ship approximately 5-7 days after your order is placed.  

Once payment is successfully received, all placed orders are final and items will be considered sold. Items will be shipped promptly after payment confirmation.

The Tiny Torch is currently based in Pittsburgh, PA USA

The Tiny Torch is not responsible for any parcels that are lost during the shipping process.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. It is my goal that you are as happy as possible with your new jewelry, so if the size or finish of your piece is unsatisfactory, please get in touch and an exchange can be arranged. 

Custom pieces are not able to be returned or exchanged.
